Naomi Levin

I’m Naomi Levin. I recently made Aliyah to Zichron Yaakov from New York City with my two daughters, Aleeza and Nava, and my husband, Matthew. I have a Masters Degree in Community and Social Change and have been working in the nonprofit sector for more than a decade.

 

The concept of a ‘doula’ has always been present in my life — I grew up in a large family, with three older sisters, and am an auntie to almost a dozen nieces and nephews. Caretaking is not new to me — I’ve often taken on the role of ‘natural caretaker’, including caring for friends and family with severe health challenges.

 

Through my own motherhood and postpartum experience, I became passionate about postpartum care. I found myself drawn to checking in with those around me who were expecting, and wanting to support them after their baby’s arrival. It was important to me that they knew they were not alone in their journey.

 

And I’ll do the same for you. I am easy-going, flexible, positive and real, and as your doula I will support you in the decisions you make for your growing family. I believe everyone needs a sister, and I’d be honored to be your doula sister. I can be there for you, unwaveringly, to comfort and guide you during your postpartum journey.
